Fractional COO Premium
Billed monthly · 3-month minimum commitment
On-Site Engagements
Fractional COO Premium engagements include one on-site visit during onboarding.
Engagements of three months or longer include a second on-site visit conducted mid-engagement to assess implementation progress and recalibrate execution strategy as needed. On-site engagements are used to accelerate trust, surface unspoken constraints, and compress execution timelines—particularly where progress is slowed by misalignment, hidden friction, or decision drag.
Airfare included (continental U.S.); lodging and incidentals not included.
For founders who need more than support — you need a true operational partner who can own the load, run point on complexity, and build a company that can actually hold growth.
What You Get (Premium-Level Support)
✔ Strategic operational leadership (COO-level)
I map, refine, and architect your operational ecosystem — structure, people, processes, priorities, and interdependencies.
✔ Ownership of operational sequencing
You hold the vision. I design the path, eliminate friction, reduce decision fatigue, and keep execution moving. I am empowered to make and enforce operational decisions within agreed scope.
✔ Cross-functional leadership stabilization
I step in where there’s overwhelm — team alignment, conflict mediation, escalation handling, communication resets, and clarity restoration.
✔ Systems design + implementation oversight
From SOPs and workflows to tech stack improvements, I ensure the foundation supports the scale you’re targeting.
✔ Monthly dashboards + clarity reports
You get insights, not noise — clean, decision-ready information that supports strategic moves.
✔ High-access executive support
Priority access, async guidance, and direct decision partnership throughout the month.
Who This Is For
Founders who are:
Scaling quickly and feeling structural strain
Leading teams without operational support
Stuck in decision fatigue or firefighting cycles
Ready for a partner who can actually run operations, not just advise
Preparing for a larger funding round, hiring wave, or expansion
Promise
“I hold the operational load so you can hold the vision.”
